ANNE'S CARE FOR WELL BEING

Rate €50.00 per hour (excluding parking costs).

ANNE'S END-OF-LIFE CARE

Rate €60.00 per hour (excluding parking costs).

Compensation

Palliative (terminal) care (including attention to meaning and spirituality, help and support for loved ones and informal carers) can be reimbursed from the Long-term Care Act (Wlz) or the Health Insurance Act (Zvw). Which one applies to you depends on your situation.

End-of-life care can be paid from the PGB (personal budget) provided there is a Wlz (Long-term Care Act) indication palliative. For the personal budget (pgb) to purchase palliative care yourself, a terminality declaration is required.

The services of 'Anne Zorgt' are deductible from your income tax under the heading 'Extra Family Assistance', if you need family assistance due to illness or disability. More information can be found on www.belastingdienst.nl under 'deduction of healthcare costs' and 'extra family assistance'.
